Network Performance Tips

References

2.4 GHz is very crowded, due to WiFi and other devices.

Channels 1, 6, and 11 are the only 3 true independent channels. Channels 2-5 overlap with both 1 & 6, and 7-10 overlap with both 6 & 11. And pretty much every 3rd party WiFi router is set to channel 6 by default.

Therefore, channels 1 or 11 tend to give the best performance.
